My name is Jen Penisten, Owner of vIVid Life Spa. I graduated from Grand View University in 2006 and worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years until I graduated with my master’s degree from Graceland University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I worked in urgent care for 7 years before dreaming up my own practice. I have spent my career loving what I do but never being completely satisfied. What I wanted to build was never going to be through employment but in building services of my own, in my own hometown. That is when vIVid was born! I wanted to bring the tools to you that will make you look, feel, and perform your best! I am passionate about a “No BS” style. You will always get the real deal with me!

Hi! I am Amanda Kramme, Founder and Owner of vIVid Wellness + Mobile IV! I graduated with my BSN in 2011, and worked as a labor and delivery Nurse for 11 years. A huge passion of mine, is having the ability to bring health and wellness options directly to you, where convenience is truly key….hence why we began on a mobile IV side, and expanded from there! As my love for holistic care has continued to grow, I became certified in ozone therapy in 2023, as well as functional medicine from two accredited organizations. Overseeing our IV therapy and wellness services, I will continue to expand my education and knowledge, bringing forth additional advancements in the near future!

Hi! I am Kristen Shelton, Co-Owner of vIVid Wellness + Mobile IV. I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and in 2014 with my BSN, working most of my nursing career in Critical Care. I am passionate about bringing health and wellness in a functional and convenient way to everyone I encounter! Along with offering foundational services and being Ozone Certified, I am also the lead of our Aesthetic services. I am certified and trained in injectables including Neurotoxin and Dermal filler, Sculptra, Microchanneling, Dermaplaning, and more! I believe in the power of bringing out inner radiance and confidence while enhancing natural beauty. As a passion of mine, I will continue my training and skills to continue to bring the best care and knowledge to all!

With over two decades of Nursing expertise, Dr. Meg serves as vIVid Wellness + Mobile IV’s Medical Director, and is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, while focusing on integrative medicine and holistic health!

In addition, Meg holds a remarkable array of professional certifications. Specializing in bioidentical hormone management for both men and women, and has extensive expertise in managing complex neurological conditions including: multiple sclerosis, stroke, neuropathies, and migraines.

A certified expert in weight loss management, Meg brings a holistic approach to health by understanding the interconnected aspects of physical and mental well-being. Moreover, Meg is proficient in specialty IV administration, ensuring advanced and tailored medical interventions!
